What these terms cover
These terms cover intelyhome.com and the software IntelyHome publishes. They do not limit rights you have by law, for example as a consumer.
IntelyIDE
IntelyIDE is free software under the GPL-3.0-or-later licence. The licence text, not this page, governs what you may do with the source code and the program. It comes with no warranty, as the licence says.
IntelyOpti licence
IntelyOpti is proprietary software. When you install it, IntelyHome grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it:
- on one Mac per licence (one Mac for Pro Yearly, one Mac for Pro Lifetime);
- for your own use, with no right to resell, rent or redistribute it;
- without copying, modifying or reverse engineering it, except where the law allows that regardless of this term.
The free trial
The trial lasts 14 days and can be used once per Mac. It is bound to the Mac’s hardware identity, so reinstalling the app or macOS does not start a new one. It starts in the app after you enter an e-mail address, and a limited number of Macs can be connected to one e-mail address. During the trial every feature is unlocked.
If you do not buy a licence, IntelyOpti automatically undoes the settings it changed (tweaks, services and startup items). Files that were deleted stay deleted, and the free tools remain available.
Plans and prices
Pro Yearly costs $19.99 per year for one Mac. Pro Lifetime costs $39.99 once for one Mac. Prices are in USD and local taxes may apply at checkout. Checkout may not be open yet; the page says so while that is the case. Payment terms are shown at checkout.
Refunds and withdrawal
Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, for example for consumers in the EU within 14 days of purchase, we honor it. To ask, use GitHub Discussions as described in the privacy notice. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
Warranty and liability
A system tool changes settings and can delete files. IntelyOpti is built to be careful and many changes are reversible, but you should keep a backup. To the extent the law allows, software is provided as is, and IntelyHome is not liable for indirect loss. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
Trademarks
Claude, Apple, macOS and other names belong to their owners. IntelyHome is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
